The MotoDoc

2 day Boot Camps and on Bike Riding Classes

2010 schedule.

TheMotoDoc "strictly fundamentals" program is based on the latest conditioning and riding theories and designed to teach the principles of using your body weight and lower extremities to control the bike. Another way of looking at it is learning how to control the bikes center of gravity with your center of gravity.

This is a fully immersive program focusing on the fundaments of braking, turning, accelerating, throttle control, balance, jumps and off road obstacles.  This format uses high repetition and is designed to be a conditioning class to re-enforce proper riding position and techniques, build strength and muscle memory.

This program is not designed with the intent of speed, but with the intent to make fewer mistakes while riding. As the rider perfects these foundational techniques they will become stronger, more consistent and speed will come naturally not forcefully.

Part of the design of this program is to eliminate bad habits that lead to arm pump, cramping, crashing and fatigue that hinder the ability to finish a race strong.
