Training Program

The most common mistake people make when it comes to training is to settle into a comfort zone. People like to find a few routines that they enjoy doing and then they repetitively do them, settling into a weekly routine. Sometimes they work out a little harder, sometimes not, letting "how they feel on that day" dictate how hard they work out, or whether they even work out at all. This is not a training program.

People hire trainers and coaches to push them out of their comfort zone and hold them accountable for meeting specific targets and goals.

Dr. Mark believes in total body conditioning. TheMotodoc training programs are well rounded and designed to build power, endurance, flexibility, reflexes and cardio strength. TheMotodoc training programs start from the core and progress outward, teaching you how utilize your muscles in synergy. This style of conditioning broadens your source of power and coordination and allows you to use your body in its entirety, not just arms, legs and lungs.

The membership portion of this site gives you access to training modules which you can use as a guideline to follow if you choose to self manage your training routine. Check back soon as this part is currently under development.

Additional consultation is available on an hourly basis to help you mange your target and goal setting and more importantly, hold you accountable for achieving these targets.
